Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years, < 60 years; Volunteer to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with obvious history of organic diseases and respiratory diseases; ? History of mental illness (anxiety or panic disorder); ? There are factors that may cause carbon dioxide retention (such as obesity, chest trauma); (4) Communication disorders; ? Refused to participate in the study;.?Coagulation dysfunction.
