Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2.ICU stay =48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute coronary symptoms diagnosed at admission; 2. Patients with cardiac arrest during admission; 3. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery during admission.
