Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 40 patients with clear diagnosis, meeting the following indications and no contraindications for endoscopic treatment: 1. Gallbladder stones with acute cholecystitis require endoscopic ultrasound-guided gastric/duodenal-gallbladder drainage and/or gallbladder-preserving stone removal surgery; 2. Malignant pyloric obstruction requires endoscopic ultrasound-guided gastric-jejunum anastomosis and drainage; 3. Obese patients need endoscopic bariatric surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to endoscopic treatment; 2. Patients who were converted to laparotomy due to intraoperative accidents; 3. Patients with poor compliance and unable to follow up.
