Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers (aged 40 or above), independent living and satisfactory physical and mental health, not having any acute medical and mental disorders recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers will be excluded if they have received training on mental health first aid prior to this study.
