Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 according to the"Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease 2010", the working definition of NAFLD was as follows: A. Hepatic Imaging (Fibrotouch/Fibroscan) findings were consistent with the diagnostic criteria for diffuse fatty liver disease and (or) B. Serum ALT and/or AST were elevated (Alt =30 u/L and/or AST =40 u/L) . 2 according to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes in the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes 2013, which was formulated by the diabetes branch of the Chinese medical association, the typical symptoms of diabetes plus random blood glucose =11.1 mmol/l; Or with fasting blood glucose =7.0 mmol/l, or with Ogtt 2h blood glucose =11.1 mmol/L. 3 BMI =23.9. 4 age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited. 5 sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 history of alcohol consumption: equivalent alcohol intake was 140 g/WK in male and 70 g/WK in female; 2.Suffering from various severe chronic diseases, such as clinically diagnosed hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, liver cirrhosis, cardiac cerebrovascular disease, hepatic and renal insufficiency, Coagulopathy, 3 alanine transaminase (Alt) > 80U/l, aspartate transaminase transaminase (AST) > 80U/L, glutamyltranspeptidase (y-GT) > 100U/l; 4 patients with acute or chronic infectious disease, autoimmune disease, malignant tumor, trauma or operation within one month before the test, 5 patients who had taken anti-fatty liver and anti-liver fibrosis drugs within three months before the test, drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism, as well as related health products and phytochemistry. 6 diseases that affect blood glucose levels (EG, hyperthyroidism and cortisol) or complications of acute diabetes (EG, ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma) or type 1 diabetes 7 in pregnant and lactating women
