Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age between 18-35 years; ? Recurrent non-traumatic neck and shoulder pain and discomfort, accompanied by muscle tension and stiffness ; ? VAS score = 3 points, pain time > 3 months.; ? Physical examination showed signs of local tenderness, stiffness, muscle cords, and limited range of motion of the neck and shoulder muscles, but no upper limb muscle strength, muscle tone, sensory, or reflex abnormalities, and brachial plexus traction test and indenter test were negative.; ? Patients who have not been treated for neck pain in the past three months. ? Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? neck pain with previous whipple-like injury, history of head and neck trauma, history of surgery and potentially serious pathological changes; ? cervical spine fracture, spinal cord compression, tumor, systemic systemic disease; ? neck pain with spinal injury, spinal stenosis or cervical disc herniation; ? Those with serious cardiac, cerebral and vascular diseases and mental diseases; ? A history of clearly typed cervical spondylosis diagnosis; ? Pregnant or lactating women.
