Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the subject must be between 18 and 60; (2) The duration of low back pain should be at least 12 weeks; (3) Strong willingness to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are potential "red flag signs" (such as unilateral leg pain and numbness consistent with nerve distribution, intermittent claudication, sudden weight loss without apparent cause, lumbar pain at night, traumatic lumbago, etc.) (2) RMDQ score was less than 4 points (3) The subjects regularly conducted core stability training in the past three weeks (4) Subjects who may have serious mental illness (such as those who have been diagnosed with mental illness, need medication control, and those who currently have self-harm or suicidal tendencies) (5) Unable to fill in the Chinese electronic questionnaire independently
