18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? aged 18-80-years-old; ? ASA grade I-III; ? Non-depolarizing muscle relaxants were used to maintain muscle relaxants during general anesthesia. (4) Operation time =3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Preoperative biochemical examination indicated abnormal liver and kidney function; ? Preoperative alcohol dependence; ? Patients with neuromuscular system disease before operation; (4) Primary outcome indexes could not be obtained.

The incidence and types of pulmonary complications during hospitalization and 30 days after discharge;

MeasureTime frame
Tracheal extubation time (TET) from the end of anesthesia to bation time (TET); Steward scores at 10min (T1), 30min (T2) and 60min (T3) after tracheal catheter removal were obtained in 2 groups;
