Pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Interventions

ES group:2ug/kg sufentanil, 1.5mg/kg esketamine, and 0.2mg/kg ondansetron are used for Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA), diluted to 100ml with normal saline, and the initial dose is 2ml

DE group:2ug/kg sufentanil, 0.3mg/kg dezocine, and 0.2mg/kg ondansetron are used for Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA), diluted to 100ml with normal saline, and the initial dose is 2ml,

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are willing to accept this study; (2) Patients who conform to ASA Classification I-II; (3) 18 years old = age= 65 years old; (4) 18.5kg/m2=BMI<25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have mental diseases; (2) Patients who have a history of substance abuse; (3) Patients with contraindications to esketamine; (4) Patients with allergy to narcotics.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at 4h (T1), 8h (T2), 24h (T3) and 48h (T4) after laparoscopic cholecystectomy to assess the pain of patients. ;	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The number of analgesic pump presses and the number of analgesic supplements within 48 hours after the surgery;The initial bedside activity time;Assessment of IL-6 and CPR levels in serum. 3ml of peripheral venous blood is drawn from patients 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, 24 hours and 48 hours after the surgery, and IL-6 and CPR levels in serum are measured by immune nephelometry. ;Assessment of sleep quality index of patients 1 month before the surgery, 1 day and 2 days after the surgery with the help of AIS;Postoperative adverse actions. No adverse actions=0, nausea and vomiting=1, faint or headache=2, itchy skin=3, respiratory depression=4, dream-disturbed sleep or nightmare=5, diplopia=6, hallucination=7 and delirium=8. ;	—
