18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: =18 years of age; Duration of onset on admission is more than 6 hours and less than 4 weeks; Symptoms of neurological impairment due to ischemic infarction; Informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor compliance can not cooperate with MR Inspection; With intracranial space occupying lesion; Intravenous thrombolysis or intravascular therapy for patients; Posterior circulation ischemic stroke.
