Inclusion criteria: Thoracic surgery (lung, esophagus, mediastinal tumors, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, neuropsychiatric diseases and local anesthetic allergy.
