Interventions
Fascial manipulation group:Fascia manipulation, each treatment lasting 30 minutes, twice a week, a total of 4 weeks.
First TECAR therapy group:TECAR therapy lasted for 15 minutes, followed by fascia manipulation for 30 minutes, each treatment lasted for 45 minutes, twice a week, for 4 weeks.
TECAR fascia simultaneous therapy:TECAR therapy and fascia manipulation were performed at the same time, and each treatment lasted for 30 minutes, twice a week for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The duration of waist pain is greater than 12 weeks ? Persistent or intermittent pain in the twelfth thoracic vertebra, between the twelfth costal margin and the transverse crease of hip, with repeated attack or chronic; ? No history of spine and lower limb surgery and trauma; ? There is no contraindication for exercise test (such as severe hypertension, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, respiratory system disease, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There is pain in the buttocks and thighs of the body; Lower extremity sensory and reflex abnormalities; ? Medications were taken during the experiment; ? Patients caused by specific pathological factors, such as tumor, osteoporosis, lumbar fracture, rheumatic arthritis, lumbar disc herniation with nerve root involvement, and lumbar spondylolisthesis; ? Complicated with severe primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc.
