Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as mild traumatic brain injury upon admission (GCS: 13-15); ? Admission within 72 hours of injury; ? Choose conservative medication treatment without a history of blood transfusion; ? No severe trauma to other parts, no severe dysfunction of important organs; ? No previous mental or neurological disorders, no history of alcohol or drug abuse, and no serious physical illnesses; ? Normal language comprehension ability; ? Physical strength, vision, and hearing are sufficient to cooperate in completing examinations and tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with malignant arrhythmia; ? Patients with malignant tumors; ? Patients who have taken antibiotics, steroids, and other hormones, Chinese herbal preparations (including oral, intramuscular, or intravenous), probiotics, or other drugs or preparations that affect the gut microbiota within the past 3 months of taking fecal samples; ? Those who are unable to obtain fecal specimens within 4-8 days after admission; ? Exclude patients with intestinal diseases and diarrhea.
