Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the 2014 consensus standards of the American Academy of Dermatology for atopic dermatitis 2) No gender limitation 3) Age 18 or older 4) At baseline follow-up, IGA=3 (0-4 for IGA scale, with 3 being moderate and 4 being severe) or EASI=7 5) Insufficient response to local drug therapy 6) Informed consent to the purpose and content of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Take immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory drugs (such as systemic corticosteroids, cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, IFN-?, JAK inhibitors, azathioprine, methotrexate, etc.) for other medical conditions during the 4 weeks prior to baseline follow-up 2) Use dupilumab for other diseases during the 16 weeks prior to baseline follow-up
