Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)children aged under 1 years old; 2)Main caregivers can read in Mandarin, use WeChat by phone, and have access to the Internet; 3)Living in Datong when conducting the study 4)Inform consent and cooperate actively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children are diagnosed with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.; 2) Main caregivers refuse to provide a phone number ,WeChat number,or main caregivers are unable to follow up by phone;
