Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for elective unilateral arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; 2. Aged 40 to 59 years, regardless of gender; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status classification I to II; 4. Body mass index was not less than 19kg/?, and not more than 28 kg/?; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had bleeding diathesis or who had using anticoagulant; 2. Preexisting hypertension, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Preexisting diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia; 4. Allergy to local anesthetics, or contraindications to peripheral nerve block;
