Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In 2023, routine cataract patients with no ocular complications or surgical history such as keratitis, glaucoma, retinal diseases, refractive surgery, etc. visited Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital. These patients had corneal astigmatism less than 3D and underwent preoperative examination and approval using the master700 system. The surgery was successful without any other complications or additional operations (e.g., IOL bag implantation, LRI and sutured incisions, etc.). Only one eye was included in the study (the first eye chosen) and the IQ lens was implanted. At least one month after the operation, a visual acuity test was performed, and the corrected distance visual acuity was =0.5..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with combined ocular complications, unsuccessful surgery with other complications, intraocular lenses not implanted in the bag, no postoperative visual acuity test performed after one month, and best corrected visual acuity less than 0.5 after one month postoperatively were excluded from the study.
