Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA Class I-II, age 18-65, gender-neutral,Body mass index 18-30 kg/m² 2: Elective unilateral meniscal knee arthroscopy 3: Able to understand and sign a letter of understanding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Body mass index =30kg/m² 2: Preoperative history of peripheral vascular disease 3: Preoperative history of progressive neuromuscular disease 4: Pre-operative history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus 5: Preoperative history of neurological deficits 6: Patients with preoperative mental disorders, speech disorders, or inability to cooperate 7: Patients with preoperative contraindications to local anesthetic puncture:For example, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation disorders or local infections 8: Pre-operative administration of drugs that can affect vasoconstriction,for example, alpha or beta blockers, etc.
