Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ulcerative colitis patients: 18 to 70 years old, male or female. Excluding other diseases and diagnosed with ulcerative colitis through clinical symptoms, endoscopy, and pathology. Sign an informed consent form. Healthy population: 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender. Healthy individuals who undergo colonoscopy and are excluded from the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, and metabolic diseases. Patients with malignant tumors and infectious diseases. Pregnant or lactating women. Unable to sign informed consent form.
