Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary hypertension (office blood pressure: systolic blood pressure 130-159 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80-99 mmHg, meeting the 2018AHA hypertension guidelines diagnostic criteria for grade 1 hypertension) with vascular dysfunction (FMD<5%); 2, 18 to 75 years old; 3. Did not use any drugs or dietary supplements affecting blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in the past 3 months, mainly including antihypertensive, lipid-lowering, glucose-lowering drugs and natural plant extracts antioxidants; 4. Informed consent should be signed after fully understanding the purpose and process of the study, disease characteristics, drug effects, methods of relevant examinations, and potential risks/benefits of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are secondary blood pressure raising factors; 2. Allergic or intolerant to drugs; 3. Severe heart disease, abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT greater than the upper limit of normal; eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2), acute and chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, and any history of cancer. 4. Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 5. Pregnant women, lactating women or expectant pregnant women.
