rScO2-guided group:When rScO2 decreases by more than 10% from the base value, timely regulatory measures should be taken, including determining whether the electrode position is accurate
adjust the depth of anesthesia
adjust the respiratory parameter settings and moderately increase the level of end-expiratory C02, making PaC02 slightly higher than 40mmHg
maintain MAP to fluctuate around 20% at pre anesthesia levels (volume therapy, vasoactive drugs)
non-rScO2-guided group:No measures taken when rScO2 change

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 = Age = 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Perform elective thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer (with bronchial intubation); 3) The ASA score is from Level I to Level III; 4)18 kg/m2<BMI<30kg/m2; 5) Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and have their informed consent form signed by themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following conditions cannot be included in this study: Preoperative pulmonary infection or undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy; Preoperative hypoalbuminemia; hypoxemia Previous history of chronic lung disease and asthma; History of mental illness or nervous system disease.
