Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Type 1 diabetes diagnosed by endocrine specialist 2) Insulin treatment is required every day 3) Non-mobile residents living in our city and surrounding areas 4) The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent before the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other types of diabetes 2) Other serious concomitant diseases (life expectancy less than 1 year) 3) Patients who cannot use APP together
