Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with bilateral upper urinary calculi performed with novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ureter stricture or calculous pyonephrosis preoperation presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities Previous urinary diversion surgery Combined with upper urinary carcinoma
