Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include the general population who underwent health screening at Xiangya Three Hospitals and Xiangya Hospital between 2005 and 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) age <18 years or missing age data; 2) pre-existing cardiovascular disease at baseline entry; 3) missing information on important covariates such as gender 4) those without health follow-up and less than 2 physical examinations
