Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Sign informed consent (2) Mean resting pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP)>20 mmHg, acute pulmonary vascular reaction test negative (3) In the absence of right heart catheterization data, echocardiography pulmonary artery systolic pressure>50 mmHg or echocardiography/cardiac magnetic resonance examination showing signs of right ventricular enlargement or right ventricular insufficiency is the criteria for the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not meet the above conditions and have serious diseases of other organs that affect the short-term prognosis of patients (2) Patients with a history of mental illness, drug addiction or other diseases cannot sign informed consent or cooperate with the study (3) patients who cannot communicate verbally (4) It is not expected to complete the interview
