18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: age =18 years old; 2) Clear clinical diagnosis: drug-resistant epilepsy failed to achieve sustained seizure free after application of correctly selected and tolerated antiepileptic drugs (monotherapy or combination therapy). 3) No seizures within 2 hours before examination. 4) Good compliance, able to cooperate to complete PET imaging
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with allergic constitution; 3) Patients with contraindications to MR Or CT examination; 4) Patients with a history of brain surgery; 5) Patients with serious organic diseases of the heart, liver or kidney; 6) Severely obese patients (body weight > 150KG); 7) Pregnant or lactating women or patients with recent plans to have children; 8) Not considered appropriate for participants by the investigator
