Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were selected for elective spinal surgery in prone position. (1)aged 18-75 years (2)American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ? to ?,(3)with body mass index of 18-30 kg/m 2 ;(4)without severe lung diseases such as emphysema or bullae before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)With organ dysfunction;(2)having right ventricular dysfunction, cardiac arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, intracardiac shunt, (3)having severe respiratory disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),pleural effusion,asthma,pneumothorax;(4)Participants in other clinical trials and those who refuse to participate in the trial.
