Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture and were confirmed with THA by imaging examination have no previous history of hip fracture or related diseases; 2: American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I -III 3: Age is between 19-90 years 4: Volunteer to participate in the trial and provide the patient's signed informed consent form 5: No analgesics have been used within 1 week before surgery 6: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were not taken for 3d before the surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease (ASA>III) who need to be transferred to ICU for further treatment; ? Patients with a history of chronic opioid abuse; ? Patients with allergy to experimental drugs and metabolites; ? Fractures of other parts; ? Combined with serious heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other systemic serious diseases.
