Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients were admitted to ICU for =48 hours and met the diagnostic criteria for SA-AKI 2: age=18 years 3: APACHE?=15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: urine < 50 ml in 24 hours 2: end-stage renal disease or chronic renal failure 3: The patient is receiving renal replacement therapy (RRT) 4: With a history of acute coronary artery disease and stroke 5: patients who have had a previous kidney transplant 6: Patients who were given antibiotics within two weeks
