Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes in the "National Grassroots Diabetes Prevention and Management Manual (2019)" jointly issued by the Diabetes Society of the Chinese Medical Association and the National Grassroots Diabetes Prevention and Control Management Office, patients over 35 years old with diagnosed T2DM were selected as the research subjects . That is, people who have typical symptoms of diabetes and meet any of the following conditions can be diagnosed as diabetes: ? blood sugar at any time of the day = 11.1 mmol/L; ? FPG level = 7.0 mmol/L; ? blood glucose level = 2 hours after sugar load 11.1mmol/L. (2) All research subjects voluntarily participated in the intervention project research, and the intervention group used WeChat on a daily basis and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe complications, such as ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma, etc. (2) Patients with serious diseases, such as tumor, acute cardio-cerebrovascular disease, pancreatitis, etc. Patients with severe heart disease who cannot tolerate moderate intensity exercise. (3) Individuals who cannot perform behavioral intervention (cannot answer questions clearly, do not use WeChat, and are participating in other similar studies). (4) Refuse to participate in intervention research.
