65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2.Imaging is consistent with the diagnosis of eldly hip operation; 3. Age = 65 years and Elective examination or operation under general anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block; 4. All performed by the same team of doctors; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture, multiple injuries, too weak to tolerate the surgery; 2.Patients with poor compliance, do not accept this treatment; 3.Patients who use analgesics and addictive drugs for a long time; 4.Patients with history of mental disease, cognitive disorder, postoperative delirium; 5.Abnormal coagulation function;
