18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 = Age = 80 years old; 2) No preoperative history of atrial fibrillation; 3) Performing routine cardiac surgical treatment 4)EF>40%; 5) Patients undergoing first-time cardiac surgery; 6) Good compliance and ability to cooperate in completing follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients over 80 years old 2) History of atrial fibrillation 3) Emergency surgery 4) Ejection fraction<40% 5) Previous history of cardiac surgery 6) Congenital heart disease 7) Liver and kidney function damage (detection results exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal values) 8) Diseases that require radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone therapy 9) Poor control of hyperthyroidism 10) Participate in another clinical trial 11) Refuse to join the trial
