1.5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stenosis tenosynovitis of the thumb. 2. Age range from 1.5 to 14 years old. 3. No history of trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Except for the thumb, other fingers have tenosynovitis. 2. Age<1.5 years old;. 3. There are other congenital developmental abnormalities such as skeletal structural abnormalities. 4. Neurological dysfunction. 5. Multiple joint contracture. 6. Finger skin ulceration and infection. 7. Abnormal coagulation function. 8. Conservative treatments such as local massage and thumb function exercise are effective. 9. Refuse surgery.
