Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lower limb intramuscular hemangioma (including thigh and calf). 2. Age<14 years old. 3. Has not received treatment (including medication, local injection, etc.). 4. No local malignancy, infiltration or growth, and no distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple tumors. 2. The tumor is connected to the skin and cannot form a cavity for manual operation. 3. The tumor surrounds important nerves and blood vessels. 4. Abnormal coagulation function. 5. Refuse surgery. 6. Accept open surgery and refuse arthroscopic surgery.
