Course Training Team:receiving a MHFA training course. Online Video Course Learning
Once a week, online face-to-face learning by psychology professors to reinforce key knowledge points and answer questions
one offline 2-hour scenario-based face-to-face study
Two online case reports every weekend, four times in total.
Control group:I did not receive MHFA training during the research period and waited for the online version of the course after completing the intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Working time = 1 year in a tertiary care hospital with a nurse practitioner certificate; ?No systematic training in psychological counseling and crisis intervention. ? informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have mental disorders or psychological problems caused by severe physical illness; ? Have major life events (divorce, bereavement, major surgery, and illness) in the last six months; ? lose the visit halfway.
