The experimental group:Laryngeal and tracheal surface anesthesia was performed with visual guidance using video laryngoscope
The control group 1:Laryngeal surface anesthesia and cricothyroid puncture were performed by blind probing
The control group 2:Ultrasound-guided superior laryngeal nerve block and cricothyroid puncture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?ASA grade?-?; ?aged 18-60 years; ?BMI>33; ?Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ?Dysfunction of liver and kidney organs; ?psychosis; ? high bleeding risk; ?Limited range of motion in the cervical spine ?Mouth opening < 3cm.
