18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.With the diagnosis of acute necrotizing pancreatitis; 2.The first episode of AP, and the onset of abdominal pain to admission was less than one week; 3.Age between 18 to 70 years old; 4. Resumption of oral feeding or enteral nutrition, no obvious gastrointestinal reflux symptoms; 5. Already signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of diabetes mellitus, HbA1c=6.5% at admission; 2.Pregnant pancreatitis, history of chronic pancreatitis, malignancy related acute pancreatitis; 3.Patients with a known history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, renal or hepatic diseases; 4.Relative or absolute contraindications to enteral nutrition.
