Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? first brain injury, confirmed by physical examination and imaging data; ? Glasgow scale score less than 8; ? age 18 to 80 years, duration of disease between 1 month and 3 years; ? no serious injury to other organs such as heart and lungs; ? informed consent signed by family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) severe hydrocephalus, psychiatric disease; (ii) severe cognitive impairment, mood disorders before the onset; (iii) use of sedative-hypnotic drugs; (iv) absence of frontoparietal cranial defects; (v) patients undergoing other clinical central neurological interventions.
