Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients plan to take implant-supported rehabilitations who is over 18 years old. b. Patients with partial or complete edentulism who needs mucosa-spported guide-assisted implantation c. Patients are systemically healthy and could bare the surgery, including well-controlled hypertension and diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Patients unable to use the guides due to the limitation of open mouth or sever gag reflex b. Uncontrollled chronic periodontitis or smoke more than 10 per day c. A history of radioactive treatment in the head and neck or with a history of receiving bisphosphonates d. Patients unwilling to participate in the follow-ups, or plan to migrate.
