Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for gynaecological laparoscopic surgery expected to last more than 90min under general anesthesia; 2. Patients aged 45-65 years; 3. ASA I-II status; 4. Body-Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-24.0 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of upper respiratory tract or pulmonary infection within the previous 4 weeks; 2. Chronic lung-related diseases; 3. History of chest or lung surgery; 4. Neuromuscular dysfunction; 5. Serious cardiovascular, lung, kidney, or hematopoietic diseases, such as renal failure, leukemia, congenital heart diseases, etc.
