Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old ? Patients who use typical Chinese medicine granules/decoction pieces that are prone to cause adverse reactions Patients who use typical Chinese medicine granules/decoction pieces that are prone to cause adverse reactions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with unknown medication and incomplete clinical data ? Combined with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system ? Cases associated with dementia, insanity, and various psychoses
