Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically confirmed rheumatoid arthritis (meeting EULAR/ACR2010 diagnostic criteria) or knee osteoarthritis (meeting Chinese osteoarthritis guidelines (2021 edition)); (2) Age 18-90 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Surgical treatment is elective; (4) Patients who are aware of the situation and agree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Potential participants who meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following: (1) Received intra-articular injection, intramuscular injection or intravenous injection of glucocorticoids including adrenal stimulating hormone or other drugs within 4 weeks before surgery; (2) Overlapping other autoimmune diseases such as gouty arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus; (3) Those who previously used fusion protein biologics (including Isaipu, Qiangke, Ambano, Enli, etc.) were discontinued for < 4 weeks before surgery, and monoclonal antibody biologics (including adalimumab, infliximab, tocilizumab, etc.) were discontinued for < 4 weeks before surgery; (4) Patients with serious diseases of cardiovascular, brain, liver, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system and other important organs, acute and chronic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, and psychiatric diseases.
