18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18-59 years old; 2) Have smoked more than 100 cigarettes and still smoked within the last week; 3) Provide electronic informed consent and have good willingness to cooperate; 4) Have a smart phone, be able to read and skillfully use Wechat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently following other smoking cessation programs; 2) Use of e-cigarettes or other tobacco products; 3) With serious physical and psychological diseases.
