Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female reproductive age (18-45 years old). There are clinical symptoms such as pelvic compression and abnormal uterine bleeding, and both ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging are diagnosed as uterine fibroids. Non menstrual period, pregnancy, and perimenopausal period. Patients who refuse surgical procedures and wish to preserve uterine integrity. Individuals who are knowledgeable and willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with concomitant adenomyosis and endometriotic cysts. Individuals with severe bleeding and coagulation disorders, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, mental disorders, etc. who cannot tolerate local anesthesia surgery. Patients with biopsy tissue pathology indicating malignant lesions. Those who have incomplete evaluation materials due to various reasons. Patients who were lost during the follow-up process.
