Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Bidirectional cohort study to study the correlation between cancer incidence and MSAs antibody in dermatomyositis patients Inclusion criteria: All included patients met the classification criteria for idiopathic inflammatory myopathy in 2017- EULAR/ACR. The onset age of the disease is greater than 18 years old. Case control study on the correlation between interstitial lung disease and MSAs antibodies in patients with dermatomyositis Inclusion criteria: All included patients met the classification criteria for idiopathic inflammatory myopathy in 2017- EULAR/ACR. The onset age of the disease is approximately 18 years old. Interstitial lung disease occurred at the time of inclusion: The HRCT manifestations of the patient's chest include ground glass shadow, consolidation shadow, reticular shadow, honeycomb shadow, irregular linear shadow, strip shadow, and traction bronchiectasis.
