Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least 14 adult male subjects with normal blood pressure, whose health status was confirmed by routine hospital examination prior to participation in the study, and who had not previously participated in systematic exercise training, were selected for the study. Those aged 20-40 years volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons aged over 40 years. (2) Patients with hypertension. (3) Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours per week. (4) People with stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders that prevent them from participating in physical activity. (5) People with kidney or bladder stones. (6) Persons with cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers or severe cardiovascular disease. (7) Persons with epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis. (8) Implantation of artificial joints in the last six months, recent surgery. (9) Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. (10) Persons who have engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle pain within 24 hours prior to the experiment. (11) Any other reason for physical discomfort during the experiment. (12) Excessively obese individuals with a BMI > 30 and subjects weighing more than 100 kg.
