Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with herpes zoster-associated pain discharged within 2 years from West China Hospital, Sichuan University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with serious heart disorders leading to heart failure or with severe multi-organ failure ?Patients with mental confusion, dementia and other self-awareness disorders who is unable to communicate ?Patients who do not cooperate and refuse to accept the questionnaire ?Patients who died
