18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age between 18-60 years old, male or female. (2)Dizziness associated with pain or stiffness of the neck. (3)Cervical trauma history and abnormal cervical structure: cervical spine joint dysfunction, degenerative change of cervical spine, or abnormal hemodynamic changes of vertebral or carotid artery shown by ultrasound or magnetic resonance angiography. (4)Participants who are voluntarily to take part in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dizziness caused by other reasons, such as benign paroxysmal positional dizziness, Meniere's disease, migraine dizziness, otogenic, brain-derived, cardiogenic dizziness, dizziness caused by abnormal blood composition, drug-induced dizziness, mental dizziness (anxiety and / or panic disorder and / or phobia), etc; (2)Those with carotid or vertebral artery atherosclerosis plaque. (3)Those whose carotid artery bifurcation is above mandible which can’t be easily detected by ultrasound. (4)Cervical tumor or tuberculosis, cervical spine fracture or severe osteoporosis. (5)Atlantoaxial joint dislocation or congenital malformation, carotid and vertebral artery congenital malformation. (6)Those with serious dysfunction of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, urinary and coagulation system; (7)The pregnant or lactating women. (8)Those with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
