Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? married, maternal age = 20 years, gestational week = 37 weeks singleton full-term pregnancy; ? no psychiatric disorders and no serious infectious diseases; ? having local household registration or living in the area for more than 6 months; ? willingness to breastfeed within 6 months after delivery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? multiple births, high-risk pregnancy or serious complications of the mother during pregnancy or delivery ? prematurity, newborn Apgar score (1 min or 5 min <7) or birth weight (<2500g, =4000g) and newborns with severe defects (such as dysphagia), requiring medical treatment and separation from the mother ? maternal severe mental illness, acute and chronic infectious diseases who cannot breastfeed ?Mothers with serious nipple defects. ? Mothers who do not have the ability to read and write normally.
