Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 50 to 90 years. 2. confirmed diagnosis of neo-coronavirus infection based on nucleic acid results, clinical symptoms, signs and imaging manifestations. 3. meeting the diagnostic criteria for medium or heavy COVID-19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with poor physical condition or poor compliance to cooperate in completing follow-up visits and examinations. 2. patients with mild or critically ill COVID-19. 3. pregnant or have a pregnancy planned during the study period. 4. participating in other studies that may have an impact on the results of this study.
